To hire equipment through GMAC Tool and Plant Hire Ltd, it is essential to have adequate hired-in-plant hire insurance. We offer a HireSecure Damage Waiver, which covers loss, theft, and damage, subject to exclusions, excesses, and conditions. A detailed summary of the coverage will be provided once the insurance payment is processed. If you have your own insurance policy that includes “hired in plant insurance,” we will need to review your policy before delivering equipment to your site address.
During normal business hours, please contact our Hire Desk at [Hire Desk Phone Number] to discuss your requirements and receive recommendations for the best equipment suited to your job. New customers are required to provide two forms of identification, one photographic and one utility bill with the current address.
You will be charged for a full tank of fuel on the machines you are hiring, and any unused fuel returned will be refunded. All machines will be dispatched with a full tank of fuel. Please ensure to check the fuel level before signing the delivery receipt. If the machine is not full, please note the fuel amount and then sign accordingly.
All bookings from non-credit account customers require a pre-authorization from a credit or debit card as a deposit.
All welfare units are subject to a minimum hire period of two weeks.
